The Alley Cat Story

In keeping with the roaring 20’s of yesteryear, we decided to give this century’s 20’s a chance to experience life on the wild side. Cabarets and burlesque but, instead of absinthe and the Cheshire cat, there’s Du Chat Noire and small batch chocolates with hand cultivated mushrooms from our organic farm located deep within the old growth forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Using the very best of imported European chocolates and our own custom blend of nootropic and adaptogenic mushrooms in conjunction with fungal extracts found in indigenous American cultures we sought to create a balanced and flavorful treat that opens the wide and wonderful world of mushrooms and chocolates to a broader audience.

Our indigenous-informed and woman owned small business serves as a source of enjoyment for a world favorite treat, chocolate, and knowledge for an age old addition to culinary snacks.
